1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to the 100x Club, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 100x Club (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Membership Details

2.1. Subscription Fee
Membership to the 100x Club is billed on a recurring basis. The subscription fee may vary based on your location and currency. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel your membership.

2.2. Failed Payments

If your initial payment fails, we reserve the right to retry charging your payment method at a later date. If payment cannot be successfully processed after multiple attempts, we may suspend or terminate your membership until payment is received.

2.3. Recurring Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled. You agree to provide a valid payment method and ensure it has sufficient funds to process the payment.

2.4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at 100xhelpp@gmail.com.

• Immediate Access Loss: Upon cancellation, your access to the Discord server and all membership benefits will be revoked immediately, regardless of any remaining time in the billing cycle.

• No Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Membership in the 100x Club provides access to educational content, resources, and mentorship intended to support your personal and professional growth. However, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the success, results, or outcomes you may achieve. Any results depend entirely on your own skills, time, effort, and application of the information provided.

5.1 Financial Advice Disclaimer

The trades, strategies, or insights shared by mentors and other members within the 100x Club are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instruments. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make and should consult with a licensed financial advisor before taking action.

By participating in the 100x Club, you acknowledge that:

• Results depend on your individual effort and skillset.

• The mentors’ insights are educational in nature and are not tailored to your specific financial situation.

• You assume all risks associated with implementing any strategies or information shared.

6. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you experience issues with your membership, contact us at 100xhelpp@gmail.com for assistance.

Membership Termination:
The 100x Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership and revoke access to our services, including our Discord community, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Memberships terminated for any reason will not be eligible for refunds or compensation.

2. The decision to terminate membership is final and at the sole discretion of the 100x Club team.

   
   7. Community Conduct and Refund Policy

To maintain a positive and respectful environment in the 100x Club, all members are required to follow these conduct guidelines:

1. No Negativity: Negative behavior that disrupts the community, including unwarranted criticism or toxic interactions, is prohibited.

2. No Hate Speech or Harassment: Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or harassment—whether in public channels or private direct messages (DMs)—is strictly forbidden.

3. Respectful Communication: Members must treat all other members, mentors, and staff with respect in both public interactions and private messages.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the 100x Club community, including our Discord server.

Refund Policy for Violations:
Members who are banned or suspended due to violations of these Terms, including the Community Conduct rules, are not eligible for refunds or compensation. This applies to all memberships and payments made prior to the violation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or failure to pay fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations about the reliability or availability of the 100x Club services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the 100x Club, its affiliates, mentors, and team members shall not be liable for:

1. Direct, Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages: Including, but not limited to, financial loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from:

   • Your use of or inability to use our services.

   • Any content, advice, or information shared within the 100x Club community, including Discord.

2. Third-Party Actions: Damages resulting from third-party interactions, services, or integrations connected to the 100x Club.

3. Risk of Use: You acknowledge that the use of our services involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided.

This limitation of liability applies even if the 100x Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
